At the heart of it, Dad's XO Sauce is about family tradition and the passing down of history, recipes, cooking methods and stories to younger generations.

Growing up we watched our dads get home at late hours from their jobs as restaurant chefs; making sacrifices and missing out on many birthdays and celebrations. Like many non-English speaking immigrants, this was their way of bringing food to the table and providing for their families.

We hope that the joy and love that food has brought us growing up, will be felt by others through our sauces as an ode to our dads.
