ūü•¶ Stir-Fry Broccoli & Cauliflower With XO Sauce

  • 2 Cups of broccoli and/or¬†cauliflower (mix of green broccoli and Chinese cauliflower)
  • 1-2 tbsp of Dad's XO Sauce
  • 1 tbsp of Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp of corn oil


  1. Wash and cut the broccoli and cauliflower into bite sizes.
  2. Boil a pot of water and blanch the vegetables.
  3. Pour the vegetables into a strainer and give it a cold wash to bring back some crispiness. Drain well.
  4. Heat up corn oil in a wok or a non-stick pan.
  1. Add vegetables and stir-fry. Add oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry for a minute.
  2. Add Dad's XO Sauce and stir-fry for another minute or until the vegetables are to preferred softness.
  3. Serve.
