Prep time: 15-25 minsServing size: 2 Ingredients: 2 Cups of broccoli and/or cauliflower (mix of green broccoli and Chinese cauliflower) 1-2 tbsp of Dad's XO Sauce 1 tbsp of Oyster sauce 1 tsp of corn oil Directions: Wash and cut the broccoli and cauliflower into bite sizes. Boil a pot of water and blanch the vegetables. Pour the vegetables into a strainer and give it a cold wash to bring back some crispiness. Drain well. Heat up corn oil in a wok or a non-stick pan. Add vegetables and stir-fry. Add oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry for a minute. Add Dad's XO Sauce and stir-fry for another minute or until the vegetables are to preferred softness. Serve.
