Ingredients:

- 2 Cups of broccoli and/or cauliflower (mix of green broccoli and Chinese cauliflower)
- 1-2 tbsp of Dad's XO Sauce
- 1 tbsp of Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp of corn oil

Directions:

- Wash and cut the broccoli and cauliflower into bite sizes.
- Boil a pot of water and blanch the vegetables.
- Pour the vegetables into a strainer and give it a cold wash to bring back some crispiness. Drain well.
- Heat up corn oil in a wok or a non-stick pan.

- Add vegetables and stir-fry. Add oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry for a minute.
- Add Dad's XO Sauce and stir-fry for another minute or until the vegetables are to preferred softness.
- Serve.
